Velora

Proper noun · Latin origin

A rare feminine name meaning “strong,” “healthy,” or “brave,” derived from valere (to be strong) and valor (courage).

It started at work.

The team behind Velora spent years working in corporate environments, experiencing firsthand the pace, pressure, and demands of the modern workday.

Along the way, they began to appreciate how small moments of wellness throughout the day could make a meaningful difference.

Those moments sparked a question: what if there were more opportunities to build wellness into the workday?

Why Velora?

Velora was created around one simple belief: wellness belongs in the workplace.

We spend a significant portion of our lives at work, yet movement and mindfulness are often the first things to disappear from our routines. Velora brings simple, accessible wellness practices, from chair yoga to movement and mindfulness sessions, directly into the workday.

Because healthier people build healthier workplaces.
